Not available for individual sale on this website, only wholesale to practitioners.

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a metabolite of indole–3–carbinol (I3C) found in vegetables like kale, broccoli, and brussel sprouts. Research has shown DIM to support healthy estrogen metabolism.

DIM includes an optimal daily dose of 150 mg. DIM is derived by digestion of I3C from eating cruciferous vegetables. DIM is important in estrogen metabolism and more specifically promoting conversion down the preferred 2-hydroxyestrogen pathway.

• Promotes healthy estrogen metabolism
